His experience spans EPC, power transmission, substations, water treatment, and renewable energy across Egypt, the GCC, and Africa. He connects market insight and client relationships with qualified project opportunities, guiding partner selection, tender strategy, and commercial negotiations.
Commercial Experience at Scale
Throughout his career, Mohamed has built and managed opportunity pipelines exceeding EGP 15 billion and led commercial and business development teams of up to 13 professionals. His background includes structuring joint ventures and consortiums, leading prequalification and tendering, and securing contracts across power transmission, irrigation, and wastewater infrastructure.
